A Fairy Tale, Winter Wedding Editorial in Snowy Norway
Today's bridal editorial looks like it could have come from the pages of a Scandinavian fairy tale! Organized by the talented photography and styling team Dag Drommerne (The Daydreamers), the shoot took place on a snowy winter's day in the Norwegian countryside.
Designer Joanne Fleming provided a wedding gown fit for a winter princess, created with delicate, snowflake-white lace and a full skirt falling in snowy drifts of tulle. I designed the halo headpiece seen throughout the shoot, which is embellished with handmade lace of woven silver threads and the icy sparkle of crystals. A luxurious mohair coat and a lush bouquet of pink and white flowers complete this winter bride's look.

COUTURE DETAILS
The headpiece is embellished with handcrafted lace motifs, created entirely in our studio using a signature blend of crochet, lacemaking and embroidery techniques
Luxurious real metal threads are woven to create the richly texture lace motifs
The lace is embellished with a glittering mix of clear vintage rhinestones (c.1950s), mother-of-pearl beads, and faceted cubic zirconia stones, each meticulously embroidered by hand
The lace motifs are linked together to form a flexible garland, which tapers into a handmade chain dotted with mother-of-pearl beads
The head band ties with rich, 100% silk ivory taffeta ribbons, for a comfortable and adjustable fit
