COUTURE DETAILS
The textile motifs were entirely handcrafted in our studio using a blend of needlework techniques, including crochet, lacemaking and embroidery
An internally-wired, diamond shaped frame of lace created with silver metallic foil threads is embellished with dozens of tiny vintage glass beads (c.1950s) and backed with a transparent layer of silk tulle
The tulle is embroidered with tiny clear crystals, lace flowers and freshwater pearls
A small butterfly motif embroidered with pearls and a vintage crystal surmounts each earring pendant
Freshwater pearls create a graduated fringe below
Fastens with a leverback ear wire
